Forward is a program of love and service to families in our community. Families do not need to provide any financial or medical records.

New families can register by providing the name of the parent/guardian, names and birthdates of children who will be receiving diapers, and any contact information they would like to share. Families can also choose an “alternate pick-up person” who can pick up the diapers should the parent(s)/guardian be unavailable that month.

Forms and information for families are available in English, Spanish, Karen, and Arabic.

Forward is completely funded through generous donations. We are always accepting donations of diapers from any brand in sizes Preemie through Size 6 and pull-ups size 2T-5T; any brand of wipes; and baby food, baby cereal, or formula.

If you prefer to donate financially, we are happy to do the shopping for you! We purchase all our diapers tax-exempt so your donation will provide even more diapers! For Trinity members, monetary donations can be given through the Outreach Envelope by checking the “Forward” box. Checks can be made out to “Trinity Lutheran Church” with “Forward” on the memo line. Another great way to donate is by hosting a diaper drive! This is a fun way to get your whole school, workplace, or church involved. We are happy to provide resources, a speaker, and brochures for any event.

Forward would not be able to serve our community without the amazing service of our volunteers! There are many different ways you can volunteer at Forward.

• Diaper distributions: Our distributions are run almost entirely by volunteers who work in one or two hour shifts about two times a month. Distributions are every Monday (except holidays) from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
• Diaper packing: All our diapers are packed into sets of 50 diapers or 30 pull-ups. This is a great opportunity for Bible studies, small groups, school groups, teams, or families to do together! We have diapers to package every single week and this can be done at any time.
• Miscellaneous: Volunteers pick up diapers from the store, organize and clean the Trinity House, and wash donations for Forward+. We also need volunteers seasonally to work in the yard of the Trinity House.
